Terms of Use

By booking with Joyinserving™, you agree to the following:

 

This is a non-clinical listening service. It is not therapy, counselling, coaching, or medical support, and no advice or diagnosis is provided.

 

Sessions are time-bound and must be booked in advance. Payment is required at booking. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

Joyinserving™ is not responsible for decisions or outcomes following sessions.

 

Sessions may be ended if boundaries are not respected.

Our Ethics and Safeguarding

Joyinserving™ offers a calm, respectful space based on: Confidentiality, Non-judgment, Clear boundaries, and Full presence. This service is grounded in care and integrity.

 

Joyinserving™ is not a crisis or emergency service. If you feel unsafe or in immediate distress, please contact: UK Emergency Services: 999; Samaritans: 116 123; Your GP or a qualified professional.

 

Sessions may be redirected or ended if they fall outside the scope of the service.

Limits to Confidentiality

If there is a serious concern about immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, you may be encouraged to seek appropriate support from emergency or professional services.

Joyinserving™ does not provide crisis intervention or safeguarding services.
